Peking, November 5, 1910.
"I have received private information that the sub-prefect of Lungling, as soon as he is relieved from his present post, is to take charge of an administrative expedition to Pienma. It is anticipated that he will leave not later than the 1st December, I have informed Government of Burmah,"
